Danse Fit

Where: taught live online and in the membership bank.
Duration: 25-45 minutes
What it is: a low-impact workout focused on arms, ass, abs and legs!
How to experience: for best results use either 1 lb or 3 lb ankle weights (for legs). For arms, choose a weight that works for you. I use anywhere from 3 to 12 lb weights (for arms).
Extra Notes: these are low-impact workouts designed for increasing strength.
