With every touchpoint, the mission at le rêve is to see you, upgrade your inner chemistry, and reflect back to you who you really are. There is power in awareness - and sometimes we forget about the most important pieces of our soul. Get ready to feel alive again! I will remind you.

I am Sloan, and it is my pleasure to meet you. If there is one thing I wish to instill in you, it is that hope, possibility and love - are alive and well.

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur whose life as a business strategy management consultant completely changed when an experience caused me a concussion that lasted 4 years and the literal loss of my voice. Initially, I did not know what was "wrong with me", I just knew that something was off and that I was living in a constant state of post traumatic stress.

What it took for me to come back to life mentally, physically & emotionally from this state (spanning every corner of my life) is nothing short of a miracle. My point: I am living proof that exponential change from within is possible. I know that I experienced this concussion and post-stress state to learn how to think & be differently, and to teach others how to do the same - so, here we are! le rêve is my gift to you, brought forth into reality as a result of overcoming the darkest shadows of my life.

The practises I share are designed to expand your heart, rewrite the chemistry of your inner world, resurrect your soul and have you move in a way that your DREAMS become reality. Because, quite literally, YOU ARE THE DREAM.

During my most recent visit to St. Barth a God-given vision of le rêve studio on the island flooded me with intense clarity. Being a catalyst for purposeful transformation in others is the heartbeat of it, in the place my soul is most alive. This is the reason I choose to call St. Barth home, a place I've visited considerably over the past 13 years.
