What it is: is a guided state of deep rest
How to experience: lying on your back with a pillow under your head, a covering for your eyes and possibly a blanket (you want to be comfortable). You can also do this sitting up though lying down is recommended.
Extra Notes: You may take this meditation anywhere (while seated) although full impact and comfort is experienced when lying down. A pillow under the knees for extra comfort is ideal. The rest state will range from 25-45 minutes.
