Deep Rest Omakase
- Where: taught live and online
- Duration: 40-60 minutes.
- What it is: is a guided state of deep rest and conversation (optional).
- How to experience: lying on your back with a pillow under your head, a covering for your eyes and possibly a blanket (you want to be comfortable). You can also do this sitting up though lying down is recommended. After class you are welcome to stay for a brief conversation among the group to decompress, share what surfaced from your mind & senses during your rest state. You are welcome to ask for feedback.
- Extra Notes: You may take this meditation anywhere (while seated) although full impact and comfort is experienced when lying down. A pillow under the knees for extra comfort is ideal. The rest state will range from 25-45 minutes and the additional time allotted will be for participatory conversation, which is optional.

- Duration: 25 minutes
- What it is: a class focused on gently stretching the body and expanding your energy field.
- How to experience: grab a yoga mat and sport clothes. Stretch in bare feet or socks.
- Extra Notes: if you are a member, I will add new stretch series monthly.
Dance Fit
- Where: taught live online and in the membership bank.
- Duration: 25-45 minutes
- What it is: a low-impact workout focused on arms, ass, abs and legs!
- How to experience: for best results use either 1 lb or 3 lb ankle weights (for legs). For arms, choose a weight that works for you. I use anywhere from 3 to 12 lb weights (for arms).
- Extra Notes: these are low-impact workouts designed for increasing strength.
Dance
- Where: taught live online and in the membership bank.
- Duration: 45 minutes
- What it is: a lyrical and jazz focused class designed to open your heart space and get you into your body.
- How to experience: stretch before class! Come warm and ready to dance.
- Extra Notes: all levels of experience welcome.
