Growing up a competitively trained dancer, I've been in-tune with my body (and mind) my whole life. After an elective surgery on both my feet in 2015 I became increasingly aware of my relationship with food - at which point, I began to intuitively eat. After my concussion in 2018, I became increasingly aware of my brain, energy levels and mood - and how my food choices affected everything.
